Paths & Passages
Passages represent transition. A transition from safety to adventure, from private to public, and from a time or place to another. They give us the chance to have a moment to pause and wonder as we continue on our path. This makes them necessary, charming, and even meditating.
I used to run from a point to another (literally) in order to get to my next destination, never appreciating the journey, until I had to take some time off and re-appreciate life. I took off my headphones, traveled, and constantly reminded myself to “enjoy the ride”.
